This tee is inspired by ✨Rosalind Franklin✨
This tee is inspired by the sexist comments made by Watson against Rosalind Franklin appearance:
"Though her features were strong, she was not unattractive and might have been quite stunning had she taken even a mild interest in clothes. This she did not. There was never lipstick to contrast with her straight black hair, while at the age of 31 her dresses showed all the imagination of English blue-stocking adolescents,"
She is also known as "the dark lady of DNA". Rosalind's "photo 51" allowed James Watson and Francis Crick to create their famous two-strand, or double-helix, DNA model we know today was actually thanks to her. However, they won a Nobel prize for this and they "forgot" to credit her.
