Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be unwashed and unworn.
• Items must be free of stains, make-up, deodorant or wear. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your items. If that is the case you will have to ship items back within 30 days of delivery and shipping.
• Please allow 5-7 days to process your return one it is received by our office.
• décimaxmusa it not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
